Study for "Antiochus and Stratonice"

Pompeo Batoni’s “Study for Antiochus and Stratonice” is oil on canvas, circa 1746. The Cleveland Museum of Art holds this work. Its mythological theme reflects Batoni’s interest in classical subjects.
